Most people will be replaced by AI. A few will use it to build real income, in their careers, in their businesses, and in the companies they build next. We're the company that builds systems for the second group.
Why We Exist
The next decade is going to split the working world in half.
On one side: people who keep doing what they've always done, same job, same paycheck, same trade of hours for money. Most of those people will be replaced by AI within the next ten years. Not because AI is smarter than they are, but because the companies they work for will get cheaper to run without them.
On the other side: people who use AI to make themselves more valuable, not more replaceable. Higher-paying remote jobs because AI does the application work for them. Their own businesses with three employees instead of thirty. Agencies that serve more clients without hiring more humans.
That second group is who we build for.
We don't think you have to pick between "career" and "founder" and "investor" anymore. The same person can earn a top-of-market W-2 today, stack a second one with AI doing the work, build a lean business in the background, and exit the W-2 world entirely when they're ready. The path from one job to a real asset is a system, not a leap.

Our Story
Elevated Technologies started as Scale Your Salary, a done-for-you AI job search service. The bet was simple: if you could automate the application layer of a job search, you could change someone's income trajectory in 60–90 days instead of 60–90 weeks.
It worked. We've coached 610+ professionals into higher-paying remote roles at Google, Meta, Netflix, Airbnb, Disney, ESPN, and dozens of others. Average client added six figures in income. Some added half a million.
But the more we ran SYS, the more obvious two things became.
First, the AI application infrastructure we built for SYS wasn't just useful for individual job seekers. Career coaches and placement agencies were running entire businesses on the back of VA teams doing the same work, slower, more expensive, less consistent. Our system was their fulfillment layer waiting to happen.
Second, the people who came to us for a job didn't actually want a job. They wanted income, autonomy, and a way out of the trade of time for paycheck. Some wanted to build a business of their own once they had financial runway. Some already had a business and wanted to make it leaner. The job was the on-ramp, not the destination.
So we restructured the company around what the work was actually for.
Today, Elevated Technologies is three products serving three audiences, but one thesis underneath all of it: AI is the leverage that closes the gap between the income you have and the income you want.

Where we are

I came out of a corporate role that, on paper, was the dream. Good title, good money, real responsibility. The kind of job people work twenty years to get into. The reason I left wasn't that it was bad, it was that the ceiling was already visible from where I was standing, and AI was about to lower it.
So I built Scale Your Salary. The bet was that the application layer of a job search could be automated end-to-end, and if it could, you could change someone's income trajectory in 60–90 days instead of years. It worked. What I didn't expect is what it taught me. The actual unlock was never the coaching, it was the AI application system underneath it. The coaching mattered. But the leverage came from the infrastructure.
The honest version of the last twelve months: we hit a revenue dip when we tried to scale the business the conventional way, more sales people, more coaches, more headcount. It didn't break us, but it made me look hard at what kind of company I actually want to run. The answer wasn't "the biggest coaching firm." It was "the most leveraged income infrastructure in the market." That's the reframe driving everything we're doing now.
The way I think about it: this isn't a coaching business that happens to use AI. It's an infrastructure company that happens to also do high-touch coaching today. The coaching gets us close to the work. The infrastructure is the asset. Both matter, in that order.
What I want for clients is bigger than a job. I want every person who works with us to eventually outgrow what we sold them. Get the remote role. Then stack a second one. Then build the lean business. Then run the agency. The job is the on-ramp. The system that ends the loop entirely, that's the destination.
